Join us!

Phoenix Players welcomes adults of all levels of skill and experience to join the casts of our shows. We pride ourselves on being a place where you can have a rewarding experience, whether you have years of training or have never been on a stage before.

We do run auditions but we are not exclusive - everyone who auditions will automatically be in the show.

We’re also always looking for help running shows, as well as behind the scenes and with front of house.

The best way to stay up to date with the latest show opportunities is to follow us on social media and sign up to our newsletter - but you can also get in touch directly any time.

Show Fees

As a voluntary group with no public funding, we charge a small participation fee each show to cover our costs.

Our Show Fee (also known as ‘subs’ or Subscriptions) is for cast members.

The amount depends on the show but is usually around £150, with half-price fees available for those who self-identify as concessions. The full price fee works out at about £5 per rehearsal.
