We hold an Annual General Meeting every year, during which we appoint the next year’s committee. The next one will be in December.

Alex Swift has confirmed they will be standing down as Chair at the end of 2026 - if you are interested in this role, or any other roles on committee, please to get in touch.

Part of the committee’s role is to oversee and implement the Phoenix code of conduct.
